Multi-day tours with Kelly Tours are created for travelers who want to explore more of a destination without the stress of planning, driving, or navigating unfamiliar places. Each itinerary is designed to blend comfortable travel, meaningful sightseeing, and memorable experiences so you can truly enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
Our extended tours include transportation, accommodations, professional tour directors, and thoughtfully selected attractions that highlight the best each region has to offer. Frequently Asked Questions
Where do multi-day tours pick up passengers?
Departures are dependent upon the tour. Please check the specific tour page for detailed departure information. Your booking confirmation will list your specific pickup options as well. Please call our toll-free number for details, M-F 9am-5pm at 800-442-6152, or confirm your preferred departure location at the time of booking.
Most tours will include a departure from the Savannah Headquarters. If the Savannah departure point is not convenient for meeting the trip on the day of departure, we have arranged special rates for lodging the night before a trip or the last night of a trip at the Best Western in Pooler. Hotel room, breakfast, parking over the duration of the trip, and taxes are available for $80.00 per person (double occupancy) per night. Call us, and we will make the arrangements.
What amenities are available on the motorcoach?
Our motorcoaches include amenities such as comfortable reclining seats, Wi-Fi, individual seat climate control, restrooms, DVD player, monitors, charging ports, luggage space, and large windows for sightseeing.
How does meeting at the airport work for multi-day tours that include flights?
For tours that include air travel, your tour director will meet the group at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (unless Kelly Tours is providing transportation). Your tour director will assist with check-in, security, and the boarding process. Exact meeting times and locations are provided in your final documents. If you are flying from a different airport or have separate arrangements, please let us know so we can coordinate your arrival with the group.
Are hotel accommodations included on every night of the tour?
Yes—your tour price includes hotel accommodations for each night of the itinerary, with luggage handling provided at most properties unless otherwise specified.
Can I request a roommate or travel solo?
You are welcome to travel solo or with a roommate. Single rooms are available for an additional charge. Kelly Tours is not responsible for pairing you with a roommate. You must inform us of who you would like to be rooming with at the time of booking.
What happens if a tour doesn’t meet the minimum participation?
If a tour does not have enough travelers, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
What is the cancellation policy for multi-day tours?
Multi-day motorcoach tours (no airfare) are fully refundable until the final payment due date, minus any unrecoverable vendor payments.
Multi-day tours with airfare are refundable 75 days or more prior to departure, minus any unrecoverable vendor payments.
Your booking confirmation will list the exact refund deadlines.
