Since communicating with Michael Matyjasik (Yulee Branch Manager) a few months ago with all our away soccer matches, Michael has been nothing but professional and always responds in a timely manner. There were a few occasions where we needed to amend our reservations because of last minute away venue changes. Michael always ensured us that he would accommodate our updates. His customer service remains at the highest level, since day one. Our driver, Dave Thomas, and his relief driver (Jimmy) were always punctual and ensured our team arrived safely, on time, every time. Other Charter companies are far from reaching the high standards that Kelly Tours staff provides their customers.
We had an absolutely amazing experience this past week in the Grand Canyon. It truly was a trip with memories to last a lifetime. Our students had a blast and learned a lot! Karen was invaluable and without her I don't believe our trip would've been as successful. She was an integral figure along our journey and her help when 4 students got the stomach bug was critical. She ran across the street at 3am to grab gatorade and meds while I helped the students! I believe we will head to the GC again next year and hope for international travel for 2024. I will reach out this summer so we can begin work on next year's itinerary.
Our driver today Edward Gilliard was FANTASTIC! he was early and called me to let me know he was in place. He also answered his phone when I called. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great driver! I hope we have him for the other charters as well.
My wife and I were recently on a cruise with American Cruise Lines and disembarked from the cruise ship on Saturday 4/23/22 in Charleston, S.C. While on the bus to the airport my wife inadvertently lost her cell phone. With the help of my daughter, we were able to trace that the cell phone was still on the bus. I contacted your office and spoke to a staff member who agreed to help us locate the cell phone. On Saturday night he was able to locate the phone, contact me personally in the late evening, and deliver the cell phone personally to our hotel in downtown Charleston on Sunday morning!! My wife and I are forever grateful to the kindness and assistance of your staff in locating this vital electronic device. Unfortunately, I did not obtain the name of the employee but a star shines above his head as a true gentleman and a man of honor in your company. I hope this letter is posted to all your employees that the work that they do and the kindness they manifest is greatly appreciated.
