ADULT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COACH TRANSPORTATION: Coaches will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to and during each trip & hand sanitizer stations will be placed at bus loading areas and will be available onboard.
Passengers must follow local guidelines laid down by the venues and locations visited.
TOUR ESCORT: An Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours travel representative will accompany the group to all destinations to oversee the trip and take care of all travel arrangements and details.
TO CONFIRM RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be accepted on a 1st come 1st serve Basis. It is important that reservations and deposits be made at the earliest possible date to ensure the availability of a particular tour. Reservations will not be accepted without initial deposits.

Trips involving Air (flights) require an initial deposit of $600.00 per person and the balance due payment 60 days prior to departure (dependent on the airline).
Trips involving Cruises require an initial deposit of $600.00 per person and the balance due payment 90 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION: On multi-day bus tours not involving flights, there is no cancellation penalty if a trip is cancelled before the final payment due date, minus any vendor payments that are unrecoverable. There is a 100% cancellation penalty if a trip is cancelled within 45 days of trip departure. On multi-day bus tours involving flights, deposits are refundable 75 days or more prior to departure, minus any vendor deposits, which are unrecoverable. On Cruise & International Trips, deposits are refundable 95 days or more prior to departure, minus any vendor deposits, which are unrecoverable. Day trip payments are non-refundable but are transferable one time as a credit on account, minus the cost of shows or event tickets if unrecoverable. Purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is optional and can be purchased at a discounted rate through Excursions Unlimited by Kelly Tours. We work with Travel Guard. To find out more information regarding coverage in your state, click HERE.
FINAL LETTER: A final trip letter will be provided three weeks prior to the trip outlining pick up and drop off points, departure and return times, hotel details, a current itinerary, and any local Covid-19 restrictions.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: By booking, financially committing to, and physically traveling on a trip with Kelly Tours, passenger(s) do so at their own risk and will indemnify Kelly Tours and Kelly Tours employees in totality against any claim(s) resultant to any actual or perceived harm caused by potential exposure to Covid 19. In addition, passenger(s) will not hold Kelly Tours or Kelly Tours employees liable for any actual or perceived harm caused by potential exposure to Covid -19 during a trip.
STUDENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions serve as a general guideline for our group travel services. Please note that specific tours may be subject to additional or differing terms based on destination, duration, inclusions, or local regulations. We strongly recommend reviewing the individual tour details and their specific terms and conditions prior to booking, as they will take precedence where applicable.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering your student for the tour, you are agreeing to the terms listed on this flyer.
TRANSPORTATION: Modern motor coach transportation will be provided for this tour conducted by Kelly Tours. The coach will be operated by an experienced driver and equipped with a DVD player and a restroom. Rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures are in place for all vehicles operated by Kelly Tours. Upon return from each tour, buses are fully disinfected with the usage of electronic mister technology, which ensures full wrap-around sterilization coverage of all surfaces. In addition to this cleaning, drivers and guides will disinfect surfaces throughout the bus during the actual tour daily. Hand sanitizer will be readily available onboard. FOOD ALLERGIES: Kelly Tours is compassionate to specific food requests and dietary needs. While we will make every effort to accommodate all requests, please be prepared to send alternate food options with your traveler if you have concerns with the group menus. A vegetarian option will be available for all meals. Please contact Kelly Tours at least 45 days prior to the trip departure with special dietary needs.
KELLY TOURS TOUR DIRECTOR: A Kelly Tours representative will accompany the group to all destinations to oversee the trip and take care of all arrangements. This is an added feature that will allow the chaperones to handle their responsibilities.
GRATUITIES: All gratuities are included in the package price.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Don’t Turn Money into Teachers or the School! Please make all payments directly to Kelly Tours. Payments can be made online at www.kellytours.com or by mailing a check to the address below. Make payments conveniently, set up an automatic draft, and check the remaining trip balance online at the Kelly Tours website, visit www.KellyTours.com, and click on the tab labeled online payments. First-time visitors will need to create a Username and Password. Returning customers will log in. Use the online help tool or contact Kelly Tours if you do not remember your Username or Password. You will search for your tour using the Trip Number on the first page of the trip flyer. Please make all check payments payable to Kelly Tours, Inc., and send the sign-up form on the last page of this flier.
Please include your driver’s license number, the student’s/traveler’s name, and the trip number on your check. (A charge will be incurred on all checks returned for insufficient funds.

*By signing your registration form, you are giving us permission to use your child’s photo for the Facebook page and website. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: An initial deposit is required to secure a participant’s spot on the tour. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or removal from the tour. This will be labeled as non-refundable on page 1 of the flyer.
CANCELLATION WITHIN 45 DAYS OF TOUR START DATE: If a participant cancels for any reason within 45 days of the tour’s scheduled start date:
- In addition to the non-refundable deposit, an additional 25% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable.
DISCIPLINARY REMOVAL: If a participant is removed from the tour by the school due to disciplinary reasons at any time:
- The initial deposit remains non-refundable.
- If the removal occurs within 45 days of the tour, the participant will also be responsible for the additional 25% non-refundable portion of the trip cost.
SUMMARY OF CANCELLATION CHARGES: Cancellation at any time 46 or more days away from the departure will result in a refund of everything paid minus the Initial deposit and anything marked as Non-Refundable.
- Cancellation within 45 days of departure will result in a refund of what was paid minus the Initial deposit + 25% of the trip cost and anything marked as Non-Refundable.
- Disciplinary removal at any time 46 or more days away from the departure will result in a refund of everything paid minus the Initial deposit and anything marked as Non-Refundable.
- Disciplinary removal within 45 days of departure will result in a refund of what was paid minus the Initial deposit + 25% of the trip cost and anything marked as Non-Refundable.
- Circumstantial Cancellations will be assessed on an individual basis.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation, illness, or removal from the tour.
WAITLISTS: Availability is based on a first-come first-serve basis. If there are no available spots, travelers may be placed on a waiting list. Kelly Tours buses accommodate 50 passengers (including the chaperones and escort). An additional bus may be added to the trip (at the discretion of the school and Kelly Tours) if the waiting list exceeds 20 people by the final payment date. *Some tours may be limited by special program availability, by the school, or by the group leader. In these cases, registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
KELLY TOURS, INC. – RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPULSORY ARBITRATION: This form is important. It includes Terms & Conditions and releases Kelly Tours, Inc. from liability. By signing up online at www.kellytours.com for this trip, all participants and parents or guardians of participants under age 18 agree to the terms of this form. I understand and agree that this Agreement shall constitute a binding contract between the undersigned and Kelly Tours, Inc., which for this contract includes its officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, “Kelly”). Except for certain buses and vans, Kelly does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your program, including, for example, arrangements for or ownership or control over lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus or other transportation companies, local ground operators, visa processing services, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service of any kind or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Kelly is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any third party.
Without limitation, Kelly is not responsible for any marketing and other promotional materials for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or other defective conditions in lodging facilities (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein), mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, epidemics or the threat there of, disease, lack of, access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Kelly.
COMPULSORY ARBITRATION: Upon making payment for this trip, I agree that any dispute concerning, relating to, or referring to this contract, the brochure, or any other literature concerning my program, or the program itself shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Savannah, Georgia, according to the then-existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive Georgia law.

CHARTERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY REGULATIONS
- Your driver can drive up to 9 hours/ 500 miles per day and then must have 8 consecutive hours off duty before driving again.
- Your driver may work for up to 14 hours, which includes both driving and non-driving duties.
- Once the 14-hour limit is reached, the driver must have 8 consecutive hours off duty before driving again.
- These Federal requirements are intended to ensure that drivers have adequate rest and promote the safety of our guests. Remember the safety of our passengers is the number one priority.
DEPOSITS/FINAL PAYMENTS
- A 10% deposit is required to confirm a charter with the final payment due two weeks prior to the date of departure.
- Charters are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due dates.
DETAILED ITINERARY
- A detailed written itinerary with estimated number of travelers is due with your signed contract and deposit This is due upon confirmation of the charter.
- The itinerary should include times, a physical address for all pickups and all destinations and a Point of Contact name and cell number.
- Each charter price includes one pickup. A fee will be charged for each additional pickup. Pickups that are not listed on the itinerary will not be made.
- Complete itinerary is due to our office no later than the balance due date, which is 2 weeks prior. Delay in getting this in will result in a $150 late fee added to the charter.
- Your motor-coach driver works hard to accommodate customer requests but in the case of making unplanned stops or detours, sometimes he or she is simply UNABLE to oblige. Just like an airline pilot, the number of hours that any one motor coach driver can be on duty is strictly limited by U.S. Federal law. There will be an additional fee if group deviates from itinerary planned without approval from the office.
ADDITIONAL COST AND CHARGES
- The customer is responsible for the driver’s single accommodations per bus.
- If the trip requires multiple drivers, customer must provide a separate room for each driver.
- If the customer is staying overnight at a Camp, they must book the driver a hotel room.
- The customer is responsible for any/all parking fees, tolls and permits needed for the trip.
- A fuel surcharge may be added to the cost of charter based on the fuel price changes.
- There is a 3% credit card processing fee for processing a credit/ debit card transaction.
Ask your Sales Agent for an estimated cost of these charges for your trip.
OVERTIME
- The price of one day trip is based on a maximum of 12 hours of service. If the day trip exceeds 12 hours of service, a minimum additional fee of $350.00 will be added to the charter.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- To insure a full refund of your deposit you must cancel 30 days prior to your departure date.
- For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to departure date, 50% of the total balance will be charged.
- For cancellations made once the trip is in progress, there will be no refunds.
GRATUITIES
- We recommend issuing gratuities for the driver/ escort who accompany the group estimated at $75.00 per day/ 10% of the charter price.
- You may choose to add this to the total charter cost or give the funds directly to the driver when excellent service is rendered.
DAMAGE/CLEAN-UP EQUIPMENT
- PLEASE NO GUM, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, CANDY, CUPS OR CANNED DRINKS ON THE VEHICLE!
- Any damage to seats, windows, blinds, or other parts of the vehicle caused by any member of the client’s party are the responsibility of the client.
- Excessive and unusual clean up needed (defecation, regurgitation, excessive debris, spills, etc) will be assigned $500.00 clean up fee per bus.
- Please look over the coach with your driver at the end of the trip to make sure your group did not leave damage or mess.
PICKUP AND DROP-OFF (CRUISES, AIRPORT, ETC)
- Luggage space is limited to 1 large bag per person to be stowed in the baggage bays below.
- Please examine the bus at the end of your trip with your driver to be sure no one has left any personal items on board.
- Kelly Tours, Inc. cannot be responsible for items left on the bus.
AMENITIES/ASSIGNMENT
- We will make every effort to make sure all our amenities are operational.
But we cannot guarantee it working every time. Therefore, no partial refunds will be issued due to amenities not working.
