How far in advance should evacuation services be arranged?
We strongly recommend establishing an evacuation contract or plan in advance of hurricane season or expected emergencies. While we do assist with short-notice requests, pre-planning ensures priority scheduling and smoother coordination.
Can Kelly Tours assist organizations without an existing contract?
Yes. While contracted clients receive priority during peak emergency situations, we will assist non-contracted organizations based on availability and capacity.

We will need your group size, pick-up and destination locations, estimated timing, any special needs or mobility considerations, and full contact information. For contracted clients, we also outline staging areas, communication channels, and contingency options.
