Tours can be paid via cash, check, money order or credit card at the office nearest you.

- Credit card payments can be called in, made via our online payment portal at TourStore.KellyTours.com, by clicking the red MAKE PAYMENT button in the top menu, or by pressing the BOOK NOW buttons next to the trip you would like to go on.
Kelly Tours motor coaches can accommodate 38 – 56 passengers (including a Kelly Tours Escort). If a trip is listed as full on the website, you will be asked if you would like to be added to the wait list. No payment is required to be added to the wait list. If 20 or more travelers are placed on the wait list, a second vehicle may be added at the discretion of Kelly Tours. If travelers cancel, we will begin adding people from the wait list in order. If this happens, you will be notified by email if a seat becomes available.
A final letter will be mailed to you 3 weeks prior to the departure date. It will provide a detailed itinerary including departure and return times, lodging information, what to bring, and luggage tags will be provided for overnight trips.
When you log into your account, all of the trips that you have made payments on will be displayed showing how much you have paid and your balance. Find the particular tour you want to make payment on and click. You will be directed to the credit card screen.
If payment is received before the final payment date and space is still available on the tour, you can still sign up for the trip. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we recommend signing up sooner than later to secure your spot!
Final payment for bus tours is due 45 days prior to trip departure date unless otherwise noted. Cruises and trips involving airfare require final payment 90 days prior to departure.
On overnight tours, each traveler is limited to one large bag and handling services will be provided. You may also bring a small carry-on for which you are responsible. Remember not to over pack! Trips involving air travel will require payment for luggage at the airport on certain airlines (at this time, count on $25 per bag, each way). The luggage must weigh less than 50 lbs, or the airline may impose an overweight fee.
- On multi-day trips less than $499, there is no cancellation penalty if a trip is cancelled 45 days prior to departure. A $200 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation occurs inside of 45 – 14 days before the trip date, and $300 if the trip is cancelled within 14 days of the trip.
- Day trip payments are transferable, but non-refundable MINUS the cost of the show(s) or event tickets.
- For Kelly Tours motorcoach trips $500 or more, all payments are non-refundable. Kelly Tours purchases the Group Protection Plan, through Travel Insured International, which helps protect your trip and your investment.

- Written notice must be sent to Kelly Tours of the cancellation and the refund will be mailed out. Refunds are processed once a month at the end of the month.
