  • Yes, but please have the following information
    • Pick up and destination location, estimated date and time of pick up and return, number of passengers and your full contact information.
  • From one day bus charters to multi-day bus charters, we have the transportation experience and know-how to deliver a quality motorcoach charter experience every time. Our bus charter services are available to transport groups locally and over long distances. Our fleet includes motorcoaches, mini buses, convertible sprinters and trolleys.
  • Our 38-56pax coaches have a restroom, Wi-Fi, DVD player and outlets which are included in your charter cost.
  • At Kelly Tours we follow the standards set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Please see below:
    • Your driver can drive up to 9 hours/500 miles per day and then must have a minimum of 8 consecutive hours off duty before driving again.
    • Your driver may work up to 14 hours a day, which includes both driving and non-driving duties.
    • Once the 14-hour limit is reached, the driver must have 8 consecutive hours off duty before driving again.
  • These Federal requirements are intended to ensure that drivers have adequate rest and promote the safety of our guests. Remember the safety of our passengers is the number one priority.
  • The customers is responsible for the driver’s single accommodations per bus. If your trip requires multiple drivers, you must provide a private room for each driver. If a customer is staying overnight at a camp or vacation rental, Kelly Tours will book the driver’s hotel room and include that cost into the rate.
  • Meals are not expected, but are always appreciated.
  • Gratuities are always appreciated. We recommend $50.00/per day. You may choose to add this to the total charter cost or give the funds directly to your driver when excellent service is rendered.
  • The customer is responsible for any/all parking fees, tolls and permits needed for your trip. Ask your sales agent for an estimated cost of these charges.
  • Please return a signed contract and 10% deposit to confirm your charter.
  • A detailed itinerary with estimated number of travelers is due at this time. Please include times, physical address for pick up and all stops and Point of Contact name and cell number.
  • Two weeks from the departure date.
  • To insure a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel 30 days prior to your departure.
  • For cancelations made 7 days or less prior to departure, 50% of your total balance will be charged.
  • For cancelations made once the trip is in progress, there will be no refunds.
