Lobsterfest on Cape Cod
Trip Dates: May 20-25
Trip #12532
When it comes to lobster, no one does it better than New England. That’s why we’re headed north for Lobsterfest on Cape Cod! Enjoy a night at the amazing Foxwoods Casino (a $10 slot play is included!) before we head to Boston. Once in Boston, we’ll meet a local guide for a tour of the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile route that will take us past 16 historically significant sites in the Cradle of Liberty. Then it’s off to the Cape Cod peninsular for a real treat: a traditional New England Lobster Bake, featuring Clam “Chowda,” succulent Cape Cod Lobster, steamers and much more. Plastic bibs are, of course, provided. What’s a trip to the Cape without an adventure to Nantucket? Also known as “The Grey Lady,” this tiny, isolated island has no traffic lights, no fast food restaurants, and no highways. Spend the day exploring the wharves and cobblestones streets of downtown Nantucket. You’ll find restaurants, boutiques, steepled churches, and old-fashioned lamp posts setting the stage for a perfect last day on the Cape.

Great American West National Parks
Trip Dates: August 8 – 23
Trip #13039
Pastoral plains, jagged mountains, dark forests, chiseled granite edifies, historic battlefields, and exploding geysers await you on this 16-day trip of The Great American West National Parks. After stops in St. Louis and Sioux City, you’ll explore the dramatic landscape of Badlands National Park. The rugged beauty of the Badlands’ layered rock formations is home to bison, bighorn sheep, and even prairie dogs. Follow in the footsteps of the famous – and infamous – who left their marks on the Wild West with a visit to Deadwood. A National Historic Landmark, Deadwood was born from one of the great gold rushes in America and was home to Wild Bill Hickok, Calamity Jane, and Wyatt Earp.
Then it’s off to the highlight of the trip: Yellowstone, America’s first National Park. While mostly in Wyoming, the park stretches into parts of Montana and Idaho. Yellowstone features dramatic canyons, alpine rivers, lush forests, hot springs and gushing geysers, including its most famous, Old Faithful. With stops in Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, and Branson for shopping and shows, plus scenic drives through some of America’s most beautiful landscapes, this is one trip you should put on your Bucket List for 2019.
