discuss your request and assist in designing a custom itinerary
to meet your educational and budgetary
criteria. The completed itinerary will be delivered to you for
distribution to eligible participants. The itinerary will include:
the date of your custom trip, the cost of the trip, the day-to-day
schedule for the trip, exactly what is covered by your fee, and
when payments are due. (Hotel phone numbers, along with departure
points and times will be provided in a final itinerary 30 days
before departure.)

A payment
plan is established to make the collections of fees as easy as
possible. A Kelly Tours representative is available
for your informational meeting with your parents. Parent meetings
are an excellent way to plan and promote student trips.
