Tour Directors
A tour director will accompany our tours to assure that all of the arrangements flow smoothly. Tour directors are positive, up-beat professionals who relate well with both teachers, students, travelers and adults. They enjoy traveling themselves, and will surely become your new friend before the trip is finished.

Transportation
Our motor coach transportation provides the most modern equipment available, with safe and reliable drivers. The coaches offer restroom facilities, video equipment and reclining seats to provide the highest possible comfort available.

What is included in a Kelly Tours program?
Each itinerary will list every portion of the trip that is included in each program, such as transportation, lodging, meals, meal gratuities, admission and tours, tour director, and all taxes (unless otherwise noted). There are no hidden or surprise costs or registration fees. We value our customers and rely on their complete satisfaction.

Chaperones
Quality chaperones are key to any student program. We include one free chaperone for every ten paid students. Chaperones' overnight lodging will be arranged in double occupancy rooms. Additional chaperones or parents are welcome to join the trip upon request. They will be charged the same price as students for quad occupancy, or a higher double occupancy rate if desired by the adults interested.

What's not included in a Kelly Tours program?
Meals not listed in the itinerary, souvenir money, airport departure fees and taxes, optional gratuities for driver/tour director/or local guides; passport and visa fees; optional tours.

Program Fees
Your program fee is a per-person price, based on quad occupancy (student double or adult) and a minimum of 40 paid passengers per bus. All prices are subject to change and based on availability. Fees are based on Georgia, South Florida or North Carolina as the departure points, excluding girl scouts programs.
